Antique / Vintage German mohair teddy bear circa 1950s
Welcome to my auction!!I specialise in original vintage bears in the best possible condition, so the more discerning collectors can source genuine old bears that they will be proud to own.
I have been working with bears for 40 years now, so any purchase you make from me can be done with the greatest of confidence – I have many very happy customers, many of whom are repeat buyers who appreciate the quality and integrity in my listings!
I particularly specialise in Steiff, Chiltern and musical bears but I also have other bears when I find examples of the required quality.

Layaway is available on all my bearsWhat is Layaway?!!!Layaway is a system that I offer to buyers which can enable you to buy your bear over an agreed period of time (for example weekly or monthly payments).
Payments can be as little as £20 per week depending on the value of the bear.
You will appreciate that each purchase will be different, therefore we will need to tailor the layaway agreements individually, there are no hard and fast rules, so please contact me PRIOR to purchasing if you wish to use layaway so that we can agree a payment plan for you.
Can you give this superb german bear her new forever home?!! This stunning 1950s German bear is for sale in great condition – she is an original, vintage, 15 inch Teddy Bear, he really is in good condition for her age and she dates back to the 1950s.
Ted is looking for a new family to love her now that she has lost her original owner after many years.
she is an exceptionally cute bear – she measures 15 inches standing, 10 inches in seated position and is in excellent clean condition throughout – please see photos to evaluate.
she comes from a pet free, smoke free home.
she is made from a really nice top quality grade of mohair in a light brown colour with dark brown tips.
she is fully jointed – all his joints are in good working order – there are no rips or tears to the fabric and she is 100% straw filled.
she has the most cute face with original glass eyes and original embroidered nose.
Teddys paw and foot pads are all original in a nice cherry colour and all in good condition ,
