Antique Teddy with Glass eyes . Not sure if Bear has been repaired or if this is how it has always been ?The Velvet outfit is part of Bear ( not over Bears body ) so may have been added to repair worn / damaged Bear body .Outfit looks old – may be of same era of Bear. 17 in. tall / 43cm tall. Fabric faded .A bit floppy – may need re-stuffing.some later stitching / repairs under arms / between legs .Some fading and surface wear to Velvet clothing. Clothing / body part has a bit of fading and surface wear
After looking on net I discovered Norah Wellings did actually make a Bear ( in different sizes ) C.1930s No makers labels but the Velvet outfit and bulbous legs suggest to me that this is Norah Wellings item
