Antique Early 20th Century 25″ Teddy Bear for Restoring, straw filled, hump backDescriptionHere we have an Antique Early 20th Century25″ Tall Teddy Bear. He is filled with straw and has a hump on his back. I can feel the growler inside move but it does not make a sound. This Teddy will need restoration. He is a bit hard of hearing due to having lost an ear. his lower arms and lower legs and their paws have been covered with an old fabric, I am assuming to protect them from further damage. I do not know what lies underneath but from the feel of it everything is still there. I will leave this protection on and let the new owner decide if it should stay or go. The arm joints seem ok, the head joint seems secure. The leg joint on the left leg will need to be redone. The right leg just needs some repair around the joint. There is some sort of black stictching or mark on the chest. He is generally a very worn and well loved Teddy Bear but he has an amazing amount of character with his long nose and hump on his back. I hope someone will take him and give him the love and help he deserves. It isn’t easy being over 100 years old!Item weight before packing is 1.105 kgWe love to combine shipping for you.
