I have dated this lovely little Ted 1940-1950’s due to the label on his pad. The label reads Hygenic Toys, Made in England by Chad Valley Co Ltd in blue ink. The pads are made of rexine, original and in good condition. He stands approx. 12″ high is fully jointed and made of mohair. Please see photos.
