This adorable small Vintage Black Cat dates I believe to around 1950.He may well be English but I am not sure, as there are no identifying labels.The Black Cat measures approximately 3.75 inches across and weighs around 15 grams.He is filled with Kapok or similar, has two beaded glass eyes and a sweet pink nose and mouth which are hand stitched.Both ears are in situ as is the tail, which is sewn onto the body.His “fur” is Black Velvet and this is mostly in good order.A charming addition to any Vintage Toy collection.
