This is Herbert a 1940’s or possibly early 1950’s Teddy Bear. He is most definately either a chad valley or German bear . But does not have any remains of a label.
He has wear to one of his eyes which runs down to one side of his face. This unfortunately shows some of his stuffing.He has replacement vintage eyes with one eye showing more paintloss than the other.
He is approximately 38cm in height. His limbs are still good & not loose.
Aside the slight wear he has a wonderful facial expression
