2 wonderful old ellies who date to the 50’s known as “The Pinkertons” due to the pink lining of their ears and the ribbons they wear – they are such a pretty pair! The largest ellie is 6.5 inches tall and more cream than white as the picture shows. She has her tusks and is in overall lovely condition with a wonderful covering of mohair. She has a beautiful pink lining to both ears which make her a bit special. Her friend is 4.5 inches tall and a Steiff but the ear button is sadly missing. She also has a good covering of mohair – a tiny bit of blue marking to one small area – but overall in lovely condition. Both selling to clear and very sweet – their trunks are packed and ready to go!! xxx
Please be aware I am a lover of the tattier old teds with oodles of character so bear this mind before buying – no bear will be perfect – far from it – but I guarantee they are all perfectly adorable. I try to list every bear accurately – if there is anything I forget I can only apologise – I try to put plenty of photos up so please take a good look as these form part of the description. I happily post overseas but anything over 40 in value HAS to be tracked hence overseas postage may seem a lot – if postage is less than quoted I will happily refund the difference.
