10 Silver Grey jointed bottle bear with glass eyes and black velvet nose. There is a small indent hole in one paw which seems to be where the bear would have held something like a flower perhaps. Other bottle bears of this size have a similar hole. Inside the tummy and popping out through the neck is a small glass bottle ( which I presume originally was for perfume). The stopper is attached to the head is covered but I think it is glass underneath. There is no damage to the bottle as far as I can tell but it is fixed inside the body. Its about 3.5 deep. The head comes loose from the body.This lovely bear has blue ribbons arond the neck and a bow on the head which is stuck down to the fur. The glue has made the ribbon discoloured and there is some residue of the original glue on the fur just on the edge of the front ribbon.There are a couple of patches where the fur is flat especially the paws and the stuffing perhaps is not so full in the tummy but overall it is in good clean condition with a lovely face. All the joints work fine I am not sure of make or age but the only other similar one Ive seen on eBay, was Schuco from Germany. This one certainly has some age and I would have thought from the earlier part of the first half of 20th century.
