Mr Painter | Adorable 1940’s standing Bunny Rabbit
Introducing Mr Painter. What a joyous chap he is! He dates to around the 1940’s. He measures around 16inches tall (not including the ears). He’s stuffed with woodwool in completely original condition.
He has a mohair head & little whiskers, with felt lined ears, felt body and card soled feet (which means he can stand up once positioned). His head is jointed, and his ears have wires in meaning they can be positioned up and down! (as shown).
Mr Painter has his own original outfit of shirt, trousers and neckerchief – i think he’s an artist? He’s honestly just so adorable, and poses so well.
I’m not sure who made him but i’m sure if desired someone would have great fun researching him. I’m in no doubt he would make a happy fun old addition to any home. He makes me smile.
