This wonderful sweet teddy bear was made by Chad Valley, I believe during the late 1940s/early 1950s and is in very good condition.
Measuring approximately 12″ in height, made from a bright coloured gold curly mohair – photos do not do teddy bear justice – much brighter in real life!! (Some slight thinning to mohair near to front seam – please see photos).
Fully jointed, with original orange/black glass eyes with original black stitched nose and mouth – please see photos.
Paw pads have been replaced at some point in the past, with original felt foot pads – Chad Valley label on right foot.
Stuffed with wood wool in head and kapok stuffing everywhere else.
