Having a clear out and I have one or two antique teddy bears to sell.. In this auction we have two great friends – 1930’s Chiltern bears William and Edgar, who need to find a home together. William is blind, so Edgar is his eyes and looks after him! Edgar is 21″ with kapok & excelsior filling, and about 30% of his mohair remaining. Glass eyes, original nose & mouth stitching, cotton pads (replaced), rear final seam, non working squeaker in tummy, little hump. William has more fur left – about 45%. He has stitched replacement eyes, original nose and mouth stitching which has been added to, replaced cotton pads with card-lined feet, claws, mostly kapok filling, and he’s a bit saggy at the neck. They’re in fair to middling condition and doing well for over 80 years old – plenty of life left in them both!Will be sent 2nd class Recorded delivery signed for service for everyone’s peace of mind.
