I am offering a Vintage WENDY BOSTON SQUIRREL and dating to the 1950’s.
The Squirrel is made in a gingery/rust colour, with contrasting white chest. He has black and white plastic eyes and a black stitched nose and mouth.
He is in very good condition, and I don’t believe has ever been played with.
His label is stitched to base of the Squirrel; the wording is still bright and clear, with no fading.
The Squirrel is not jointed and stands 9 inches tall.
WENDY BOSTON Teddy Bears are reasonably easy to find, but the range of various animals is somewhat more difficult to locate. This is a very nice example of a WENDY BOSTON SQUIRREL, and I believe he would make a great addition to a collection.
