I bought this teddy from an antiques toy fair and was informed by the dealer that he is a rare “bush baby” teddy bear made in the 1950s. The seller had contacted Merrythought as she could not find anything like him on the Internet. I was informed that they only mad a few various types of these in the 1950s and he is a hard to find merrythought toy. He has a merrythought label. Original features sitting position kapok filled . Overall good condition never seen another and in nice condition
