Meet Orange and Sweet, two little friends who are looking for a new home together.
Sweet is a black, Poodle-type dog, made by Wendy Boston (with label). Her fur is quite bobbly/matted in places and she has a few balder patches (mostly on nose and ears) but most of her fur is remaining. She isn’t jointed but is firmly stuffed throughout with something like wood wool as she’s scrunchy. She has an original black plastic nose, but her eyes are brown glass replacements. She is 10″ tall and 8″ from nose to tail.
Orange is, as the name suggests, an orange coloured teddy bear of, I suspect, a slightly more recent vintage than Sweet. He is 17″ tall and firmly stuffed, but with a softer filling than Sweet. His orange fur is bobbled and flattened, but all of it remains. He does have a couple of darker brown, sort of rusty looking marks on his ear and the top of his head. He has had one arm completely replaced with a brown felt one – you can’t really tell when he’s wearing his cardigan. All his other limbs are fully jointed and working. His paw pads are brown velvet. He has replacement brown glass eyes and black felt nose, but I think his mouth stitching might be original. There is a small hole at the top of his chest, but this could quickly be fixed with a couple of stitches. There are no makers labels on him.
These are two dear little friends who would like to stay together. I will post on the nearest Saturday to receipt of payment. Really sorry, but will only post within the UK. I’m putting 5 postage on for now as together they’re quite heavy. If it’s less, I will refund the difference.
