Welcome to my listing!!I specialise in original vintage bears in the best possible condition, so the more discerning collectors can source genuine old bears that they will be proud to own.
I have been working with bears for 40 years now, so any purchase you make from me can be done with the greatest of confidence – I have many very happy customers, many of whom are repeat buyers who appreciate the quality and integrity in my listings!
I particularly specialise in Steiff, Chiltern and musical bears but I also have other bears when I find examples of the required quality.
Any bears listed for sale will clearly state if any restoration has been done in the description.

Layaway is available on all my items What is Layaway?!!!Layaway is a system that I offer to buyers which can enable you to buy your bear over an agreed period of time (for example weekly or monthly payments).
Payments can be as little as £20 per week depending on the value of the bear.
You will appreciate that each purchase will be different, therefore we will need to tailor the layaway agreements individually, there are no hard and fast rules, so please contact me PRIOR to purchasing if you wish to use layaway so that we can agree a payment plan for you. new designer clothing range
I have just launched a brand new venture, which involves the design and creation of a range of stunning individual designer clothing suitable for teddy bears or dolls These items are designed to reflect true vintage style, so that your bear or doll will be proud to wear them!These particular stunning hand made Pjs, are finished to a high standard and come in a choice of two colours ( please state which colour after purchasing )Also you can have your bears name or initials on the pocket up to 5 letters as size won’t let me put more All items in this range are designed and created by myself, Carol Podmore. The style of the pjs has been designed so that it is adaptable in the size it can accommodate – this particular pink set will fit a 16 to 18 inch bear with a 17 inch chest I can also make items to order, so if you see anything you like but its in the wrong size or colour, let me know and I can make one to your requirements. The last picture is a new waistcoat that is now available to order in sizes over 16 inch bear as fabric will not work with smaller bears thank you x Please see my other listings, as I have more bears and outfits for sale.
