THIS IS A GORGEOUS VINTAGE STICK LEG BEAR CIRCA 1940s OR EARLIER.THE BEAR IS COMPLETELY STRAW FILLED AND HAS THE REMAINS OF A BLACK STITCHED NOSE WITH DOWNWARD END STITCHES, SOME REMAINING THREE CLAW STITCHES ON THE PAWS, AND STICK SHAPE LEGS, CARDED JOINTS AND SWIVEL HEAD WITH VERY PRONOUNCED SNOUT.HIS EYES HAVE BEEN REPLACED SOME YEARS AGO WITH OLD BUTTONS WHICH RATHER SUIT HIM.HIS FUR IS PATCHY DUE TO AGE AND WEAR AND HIS PADS HAVE HAD SOME RECOVERING/REPAIRS. HE STILL HAS HIS GENTLE SMILE. HE NO LONGER HAS ANY IDENTIFYING LABEL.HE HAS BEEN VERY LOVED BUT NOW NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER HOME.THANK YOU FOR LOOKING.
