I am offering a wonderful, Vintage STEIFF Running TIGER complete with all ID’s, produced by Steiff in the 1950’s.
The Tiger is made from orange and black striped mohair, with longer white mohair used on his cheeks and around his chin.
He has black and green eyes, and a pink stitched nose and mouth.
He has a full set of long, white whiskers on each cheek.
This beautiful TIGER has all his ID’s including his STEIFF Button and Yellow Tag with the fully readable number of 1314.00 and I have added a picture of this.
He also has his Steiff tag, again I have added a close up picture. There is a crease in the chest tag, but no tears.
This lovely STEIFF Running TIGER was in production between 1954 and 1964 and more details about him can be found on page 319 of the 1947 – 2003 Steiff Sortiment.
He is in very good condition and it is very difficult to find a such a lovely TIGER, that is still complete with all his ID’s. I believe he would be an excellent addition to any Vintage STEIFF collection.
