You are bidding on a very old Monkey I think maybe as old as mid 1920s, but at least 1930s 40s. He was a family Monkey and was handed down. Due to lots of love and attention he is in a poor state and looking for tlc, He has a soft bodt with a hard straw filled head, his eyes are full of expression. He is a Project, but priced to sell I hope as he needs a new home. I am selling 5 toys today from this time, please see my listing later on today,can combine postage.
Condition- USED & Loved – In need of TLC, has lost nearly all of his Fur and face material, but some how he still has a lot of charm, his hands and feet velvet has worn away, but you can see the original quality in what is left, I think the eyes are made of glass, they are full of expression. He is need of a make-over but he is priced to reflect condition and the need for a new home, he is over 80yrs old!!! The knitted jumper isn’t covering any worse damage, but he always had it on as long as I can remeber, but its not original – See close up flash photos.
