Vintage 17″
Mohair Teddy Bear
He is in Very Good Condition, please view the photographs as these form part of the description
I have been unable to identify the maker of this bear and would suggest he is circa 1940’s / 1950’s
He is approximately 17″ / 45 cm tall, fully jointed with an in-operative growler inside his body
He has fantastic, beautiful soft clean golden mohair
He does have some issues (question marks) as his nose is what appears to be a ribbed rectangular piece of black material and his mouth has been overstitched. His paw pads are not rexine, more like another type of synthetic leather which would make me think they have been replaced at some point in his life time – so he is a bit of an enigma!
He has amber and black eyes and a protruding muzzle. He has a mixture of wood wool and kapok filling
I am virus free and have been self isolating since the end of February, 2020
At the moment I am shielding and not going to the Post Office – so I post either via my local roadside Royal Mail Parcel Box or Hermes / Packlink, which will be collected from me and delivered to you (please note, I am not responsible for any delay once the parcel is booked for collection, which I do the same day as the payment is received)
I endeavour to re-cycle packaging to help keep my costs down
