I endeavour to sell items that are in very good condition but considering the age and the purpose of these items( a childs plaything) there may be minor faults. You are the expert and you know what you need for the item to be right for you, so please ask.
I usually post on the same day that payment is received and all my items are sent well wrapped and in a box, 1st class signed for. I always send signed for because unfortunately there are unscrupulous buyers who claim not to have received an item therefore this protects me. eBay add an extra charge on for postage to my fees, my price does not take into consideration the cost of bubble wrap and some of the boxes I use therefore you are only paying the actual postage charge. If I have overpriced on the postal charge I will refund the difference, however if I under charge I take the loss. I always combine postage so you only pay for the first item irrespective of how many items you buy. Please consider all this when giving feedback with regards package and postage.
PLEASE look carefully at all the photos or ask for more if needed (eBay only allow 12) and make up your mind before bidding – not after you have purchased the item and then pick fault for a partial refund. I DO NOT give partial refunds and will have the item back. It is unfair when I have to pay the postal charges including returns which means I am at a loss of approximately 10 each time which I do not think is fair! Most buyers accept these items are used and do not expect them to be in new condition?
I may miss something that is important to you but I do not deceive or deliberately misrepresent my items. I describe to the best of my knowledge and try to point out faults and hope what I do not know or miss will be clarified with my pictures.
