Relisted as bidder accidentally bid! Alovely little white mohair 1950’s souvenir Berg bear. Its rare tohave the rope and pickaxe still with the bear. The bear retains itsoriginal Berg metal heart sewn onto its chest which has italic texton the back which helps to date it to the 50’s.Thebear is c 4 3/4 inches tall from the top of its head to the bottomof feet (excluding ears). Itis all original with glass eyes and felt clothes. Not sure if its askirt or could have been shorts with a couple of stitches missing???Thefeather on the back of the hat is a little worn and you can see someold dried glue under and around feather. Apart from that I think itis in great condition for age. I have only found one other the sameon ebay, just search miniature berg bear for comparison.Alovely collectors cabinet bear which won’t take up much room and looksgreat on display with other little Berg bears and animals as you can see in the last photo :)Ihave provided photos to show clearly the condition.
