Vintage Merrythought Slumber Monkey from the 1930s
His body is made from woollen material, he has a little threadbare patch on his hip and underneath.His hands, feet, ears and face are velvet (the sole of one foot is quite threadbare). His face is solid and moulded with hand-painted features, which are still very fresh, he even has little red painted whorls inside his ears.He measures approximately 13in / 33cm.He belonged to my grandmother and has spent many years lying on my dressing table. I aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Will be sent out traced/signed for.
