VINTAGE OLD TED 1930’s
This old ted is in remarkably good condition for his years. He belongs to a friend who estimates he is from the 1930’s. He is fully jointed including his head and has a hard fill. He has been sewn up at the back and feeling him there is a dip which probably means he once had a growler. His pads are Rexine, a type of oil cloth, cotton coated to resemble leather which was popular with British bears in the 30’s. One paw pad has a small hole revealing the inner straw wood wool filling. He has glass eyes and a black stitched nose and mouth. A lovely old bear who requires a new home.
