Hospice staff work Monday to Friday and post twice a week, we do aim to post asap but if your item is paid for after 3pm on Wednesday it may not be posted after the weekend .We aim to post most items within 5 working days of receiving payment , however if we are short of volunteers it may take a little longer please bear with us we do our best to post promptlyThis volunteers are in the warehouse on Mondays and Wednesdays , they will try to answer your questions ASAP but there sometimes may be a delay in getting back to you.
