Welcome to my auction I specialise in original vintage bears in the best possible condition, so the more discerning collectors can source genuine old bears that they will be proud to own.
I have been working with bears for 40 years now, so any purchase you make from me can be done with the greatest of confidence – I have many very happy customers, many of whom are repeat buyers who appreciate the quality and integrity in my listings!
I particularly specialise in Steiff, Chiltern and musical bears but I also have other bears when I find examples of the required quality.

This stunning 1950s Fechter bear is for sale in excellent condition – he is an all original antique 10 inch mohair Teddy Bear and he really is in stunning condition for his age and he dates back to the late 50s. Along with Berg Fechter is perhaps the best known of the Austrian manufacturers especially in the uk .These bears are very hard to find so grab him if you can.
.He is an exceptionally cute little bear with the slightly longer muzzle of the older bears and an open mouth which is unusually in excellent condition He does not have a label but is sold with a guarantee to be a Fetcher bear.
He comes from a pet free, smoke free home This would be a great bear for a collector who wants something different as these bears do not come up for sale very often .
He is made from a really nice quality grade of mohair in a apricot colour inner ears He has great mohair coverage.
He is fully jointed – all his joints are in good working order – there are no loose ones so he sits perfectly – there are no rips or tears to the mohair fabric and he is 100% straw filled.
He has the most handsome little face with his original glass eyes and original embroidered nose.
Teddy’s paw and foot pads are all original and in excellent condition. he has the most cute arms that turn under so his paw pads are underneath see pics .
I do have quite a few other Bears including several more Steiff bears looking for homes.
