Vintage 1960’s Chad Valley (Chiltern) Squeeze Me Bellows BearIn very good condition for a 50+ year old Bear. We believe this is from Chad Valley’s Squeeze Me range, as it has a bellows growler that sounds when it’s squeezed. The tag shows us that it’s from approx 1967-70, as the Chiltern Toy Co. was made a subsidiary of Chad Valley in 1967, and for a short period after both names appeared on the tags. The Chiltern name disappeared for good soon after.The bear has a few small balding patches (he is in his 50’s after all…), but they’re very minor. His limbs and head still rotate perfectly and the tag is still firmly sewn in. Overall, in great condition.
