Antique Teddy BearThis gorgeous 1950s teddy, (possibly made by Dean’s, but no labels so I’m unsure) is made of mink coloured mohair. With orange & black glass eyes and a black stitched nose and mouth. Fully 5 ways jointed and leather covered paw pads. Ted has long arms and mouse like ears, as they are stitched to the side of his head. There’s a metal piece at the back, which might be from a winder, this no longer works. Original baby pink ribbon still attached. Unfortunately his label is missing, so I am unsure of his maker. Nice quality made, English teddy with a lovely unique face. Teddy measures approx 15″ tall.Condition:In very good playworn vintage condition. He has a very good coverage of fur. Paw pads have some marks, but no holes. Metal piece at the back (as shown on pics), which may be from a musical winder no longer works.
