Teddy Waistcoat For Vintage 12 inch steiff size Or Similar. Please note that the waistcoat has a closed halter neck which if required would need opening at seam if wont go over head if a different build teddy. This went over a 12 inch steiff with gentle persuasion! Could easily be opened at seam and a press stud or button added if for say a chunky English bear.
