A very sweet, and rare, little vintage Chiltern lamb, circa 1940s.
Made from cream wool plush with original amber glass eyes and black stitched nose and mouth.
Original pale pink silk lined ears and ‘Chiltern Hygienic Toys’ label sewn into body seam.
The label reads “Chiltern Hygienic Toys Made in England” in red print on a cloth label.
Stuffed with kapok filling.
Lamb’s ears point in slightly different directions!
Lamb is 7 inches tall and 8 inches from nose to tail approximately.
In excellent vintage condition with no damage.
