Small vintage teddy bear.
No idea of age.
Good covering of fur, both arms are loose but right arm is very loose (see photos). He also seems to have problems with his hips as his right leg is longer than his left .
Arms and legs move but head is part of the body.
You can see he has a growler/squeaker in his tummy but its not working any longer.
Straw filling.
No labels.
