This is “Sailor” he has been with me about 10 years, I brought him because he was a bit different, I don’t know who made him or even which country he comes from. He isn’t mohair, I am not sure what you call this fur, could it be what they call “art silk”? He is a lovely vibrant colour , he is 5 way jointed , brown glass eyes. His protruding muzzle is covered in a fine velvety material also the inside of his ears. His pads are original and all good. He is wearing his captains hat & sailor jacket. Round his neck he has a disc that says “The Captain”. He is a very strong quite heavy bear and poses rather proudly in his uniform. As you probably know I am downsizing my collection and Sailor nearly went last year but I gave him a reprieve but I am afraid its his turn to find another place in this world. He is from my own collection and from my non smoking home.
