Truly wonderful and very rare late 1940’s Wendy Boston Mohair Bear. This bear is in fantastic condition especially considering his age.A great looking bear who is full of character and highly collectable. Made in Abergavenny, Wales just after the war by Wendy Boston, he has a wood wool filled nose and soft body stuffing. He has Wendy Boston’s own design safety eyes in orange and black. He has the classic vertical stitched nose and Tee shaped mouth typical of Wendy’s work. He still has his original label.This fabulous bear needs a new, loving home where he is appreciated for the very special bear he is.This little chap is 14 inches tall (36cm).
