RARE VINTAGE SOFT TOY SWEEP FROM SOOTY ANDSWEEP BY WENDY BOSTON No idea of its age but it looks around the1950/1960 mark .Having had a little browse on the internet it may have beenmade in 1968. However, I am not an expert on toys so please do your owninvestigation. It is in very good condition even though helooks well loved. There is a label on the base which I havetried to photograph but it has faded with age. Made in England. He stands approx. 15 high. Wendy Boston Bears were first made by Wendy, inSouth Wales, in the 1940s and the company Wendy Boston Ltd was set up in 1945when her husband Ken began to sell them.
