Holly 1931
Holly is an extremely rare Yes/No Schuco coloured Teddy bear with the most endearing face. looking for a home for Christmas She was made in 1931 and has a still working yes/no mechanism measuring an impressive 20″ with around 70% of her still vibrant long fluffy red mohair remaining. She has some repairs one ear has been spilt so the backs are not original this has been done extremely well as has an insert to the side of her chest. It looks like the mohair on the yes no mechanism has also been replaced with old red mohair, there is also a repair to the underside of one leg and a couple of stiches to sides of her nose. She does however remain a very strong old gal with a lot of yes no left in her ;o). When you move her tail she will depending on which was you move say either Yes or No.
These fabulous Long haired yes/no coloured Schuco bears according to records from Schuco were only made in 1931 for one year making them much sought after by teddy bear collectors. Holly is sure to add a splash of colour to any collection
