I think this is a Merrythought or Chiltern wood wool stuffed mohair dog circa 1920`s.
It is mainly tan with large cream ears, cream chest & a long cream tail which bends along its back & a chocolate brown muzzle.
It has its original glass eyes, red felt tongue & facial stitching features.
Overall, the mohair seems to be intact with no signs of wear or balding.
It has a button on its right hand side which I presume used to produce a bark or a yap – this is no longer working.
It measures approx. 8″ in height (20cms) & 10″ (25cm) in length.
