Antique political large Billy Possum button badge dating to the early 1900’s, around 1908.
Billy Possum was William Taft’s answer to the Teddy Bear as used in Teddy Roosevelt’s election campaigns.
In good condition considering it is well over 100 years old. Good brass colouring still.
Looks great worn by an antique teddy bear!
