Gorgeous Farnell Blinkie cat c1920’s in totally original condition measuring approx. 7″ long x 5.5″ high. This wonderful cat has the most amazing large glass green googly eyes with black stitched nose and red felt tongue. Blinkie cat was a creation by Chloe Preston who also created Dinkie dog. The bell and ribbon appear to be original and Blinkie is in lovely condition with only a loose claw stitch, wire frame slightly poking through one back foot, a couple of small seam repairs and a little light staining to the cream plush. Blinkie is a very hard to find cat especially in this large size and condition.
