Hi there,this auction is for an antique child soft toy rabbit. This is in good condition for age. Most of the fur is still present. The shape is a little flat from storage, but will puff back out. This feels to be straw stuffed or similar, which will suggested it is pre 1900?? Please see photos. I have similar items availablein my other listings

Vintage old Steiff mohair Squirrel Perri / 1950s-60s teddy bear friend, 4″ tall

Pretty vintage Steiff Squirrel ‘Perri’,
bearing original Steiff button and minor remains of yellow ear label,
dating from 1950s-1960s

made of brown tipped mohair with airbrushed details,
feels to be stuffed with wood-wool throughout the body and head,
unjointed, in permanent squating position,

has got original boot-button type eyes on white felt,black thread stitched nose and mouth,
whiskers, felt paws and feet,’bushy’ tail.

Perri is approx. 4″ (10 cm) tall.

Condition – item is in good vintage condition with minor general wear.

He is 19 inchesEnglish madeRepairs to all paw pads (please note: these repairs are also very old and are not new and overly noticeable) stitches also on neck (see pics)85% mohair coverageTeddies outfit is original to him. The original owner had him since she were a child and her mother made the outfit making it as old as Teddy himself. It is made of a cotton like material and shoe buttons for jacket buttons.
