A really fabulous old velvet sailor suit – made for a baby boy but wonderful on an old bear – shown here on my portly 20 inch bear – it would fit a slightly larger bear but please check measurements before buying. It is a very dark navy blue which can look almost black in certain lights .The overalls are 22 inches long including straps and have an elasticated waist so stretch to about 11inches side to side – my bear has quite a big tummy on him and they fit! The jacket is 10 inches long and 13 inches underarm to underarm. There are lovely anchor buttons and detailing to the back of the jacket. This set has some age to it but it is strong and I think it’s absolutely lovely – a real treat for any bear xxxx
Please be aware I am a lover of the tattier old teds with oodles of character so bear this mind before buying – no bear will be perfect – far from it – but I guarantee they are all perfectly adorable. I try to list every bear accurately – if there is anything I forget I can only apologise – I try to put plenty of photos up so please take a good look as these form part of the description. I happily post overseas but anything over 40 in value HAS to be tracked hence overseas postage may seem a lot – if postage is less than quoted I will happily refund the difference.
