OLD Vintage Maybe Chiltern Teddy Bear Worn Look Velvet Pads, the bear is approx 15 inches high. The bear has only one eye and this has just been pushed in so would need properly fixing in. The material I would say is more art Silk than mohair I would say. He is fully jointed and he has a worn look. The paw pads are Velvet fabric. Saggy stuffed bear.
