Old Vintage Antique Teddy Bear. Vintage Antique Teddy Bear.Bruno is a vintage grumpy looking old teddy bear who is a healthy size at 18 inches tall. I am not sure of his exact age, but would guess 1940s or early 50s.He has his original black and amber coloured eyes, and stitched features which appear to be original. Bruno’s paw pads are made of rexine or a painted cloth and are cracked in places . He is jointed five ways with good joint connections. Bruno has nice upturned feet,( along with his upturned nose) and scooped arms. He has a caramel toffee brown coloured plush with good coverage overall but with some visible seam work and thinning in places, as can be expected from an old bear. He is straw filed throughout and has a nice soft but crunchy feel to him.Bruno has a non working squeaker in his belly which protrudes somewhat . He has bags of character and he holds himself together well like any old English chap.
