Miniature felt Kangaroo & baby Joey soft toys, dating to circa 1940’s.
This felt kangaroo measures approximately 4.75 inches tall (12 cm) to the top of her head.I belive she and little Joey were handmade, circa 1940’s, possibly from one of the many softtoy patterns prevelant at the time. Both are unjointed and stuffed with kapok and mummy kangaroo has tiny glass eyes and bay Joey has stitched eyes and they are both in good condition apart from a small hole in mums right leg joint and two small holes in Joeys rump.
