Looks almost handmade, other than the legs/shoes. He has been apparently wet and dried out.
His arms are coming adrift but fit back up the sleeves !!
Overall quite poorly, but has had a lovely little schoolboy hat and also at one time, classy boots !
His head feels softish and the remainder, a bit hard. No idea who made him, or his history.
