Old antique vintage teddy bear growler.Eric is a characterful 17 inch vintage teddy bear. He has a tilt growler which works best when he is rocked gently from side to side. He has very good fur coverage for his age and lovely stitched features along with glass eyes.Eric is straw filled throughout and five way jointed, though his joints are a bit stiff…not unusual in old age!I think Eric’s pads have been recovered, and they are a bit grubby, he has three stitched claws, with one claw missing on his left foot. One of his ears has had to have been sewn back on at some point, probably from being carried around by it !All these features are fairly typical of an old bear with a story to tell…Eric does show signs of age and lovewear, and is not intended to be used as a toy as he does not have the safety features associated with modern teddy bears.
