This listing is for ‘Hunnybunny’ a huge 38″ 1930’s mohair and wool bunny rabbit. She is ideal for the collector that likes their bunnies in a clean and beautiful ‘hug ready’ condition. Hunnybunny is a big hug at 38 inches tall and she retains lots of fluffy fur, she is made up of three different colours which have faded beautifully over the years. She has soft salmon pink wool on her head, front of ears and paw tips and the rest of her has been made with blue and cream backed, long soft blond mohair fur. There are areas of thinning and playwear so please see all photos as they form part of the description. She has lovely exaggerated rabitty proportions with huge legs, head and bunny ears and a teeny body! She’s a delight to hold and has a wonderful expression…..She has fabulous huge ears and a very cute bunny tail! I have only ever seen vintage rabbits with such huge ears made by Farnell but have never seen another like her before so unfortunately cannot place the maker. She has been very thoroughly and carefully cleaned and smells nicely of bunny (no strong perfume smells) Her fur is soft and easily combed, there’s no matted fur whatsoever. Princess Hunnybunny is in lovely condition considering her age, she is 5 way jointed and all her joints move well. She looks to have her original nose and mouth stitching and also has lovely original glass eyes which were originally painted on the backs but some of which has since worn away. Her eyes are nice and secure. She is completely filled with wood wool apart from her huge ears which have strong wires keeping them upright. She comes with her soft furry bolero jacket (artificial fur) beautiful vintage dress and chiffon silk bows tied around her ear, bunny tail and legs. She will come carefully wrapped and boxed and posted by Parcelforce signed for delivery.If you aren’t delighted with Hunnybunny you are welcome to return her to me for a full refund…(buyer pays return postage) She comes from a smoke free home. This Bunny is for adult collectors only and is not considered suitable for young children due to safety considerations.
