Lovely wartime vintage teddy bear made by Chiltern during the late 1930s/early 1940s.
Please see photos for condition. He has lost his original glass eyes sometime ago, but does still have his original black stitched nose with longer outer stitches and also has his original black stitched mouth.
He has a shaved muzzle and has his original cloth pads – please see photos for condition and the remains of his four stitched claws on each paw.
He is stuffed with a mixture of wood wool and kapok stuffing and has a non working squeaker in his tummy. He measures approximately 18″ in height.
