This auction is for a very nice old Jointed Mohair Teddy Bear that is possible made by Chiltern but has no labels.The bear is 27 inches long and is made of a golden Mohair which is thinning and balding in patches with a hump on his back. see pictures.The bear has amber glass eyes which are loose and could be replacement eyes.He has a black stitched nose and mouth with a longish nose which was shaved but has lost all the mohair now.The bear has longish arms with long paw pads made of a beige velveteen which have lost some of there plush.The feet are lined with cardboard and again have velveteen pads.The bears body arms and legs are stuffed with Kapok the front of the head and nose is stuffed with Straw and the back of the head is softer stuffed.
