Mimosa ~ ORIGINAL 1920’s Farnell Monkey
This is Mimosa! She’s very beautiful Monkey made by the English company Farnell in the 1920’s. She’s in excellent all original condition, completely stuffed with woodwool with wired tail arms and legs. She stands around 10.5 inches tall, and is covered in a excellent amount of warm chestnut mohair (so much mohair!) with a white beard with felt face, ears, hands and feet – these are all in great condition. She retains her original glass eyes and lovely Farnell label to her leg. It’s amazing to think how old she is and that she’s lived through a war!Mimosa enjoys a little sit in the sunshine in her own special dress, and enjoys spotting falling petals! She’s now looking for a happy new home to join. I think she would be a wonderful addition to any hug as she’s rather special and very pretty!
