Lovely Vintage Teddy Bear Large Straw Filled Growler Restoration TLC Needed

I recently came across this large jointed teddy at auction and could not pass him by. We have re homed several vintage and antique teddy bears but this chap has to be the largest yet!
Standing over 1 meter tall he easily fills a dining room chair all by himself. To give you some understanding of his proportions I have listed below approximate measurements of various parts of his body.
Torso (top to bottom) 47cm
Chest measurement 97cm
Arm (from top of shoulder to tip of paw) 50cm
Leg (from outside edge down to foot) 38cm
Head (from top,down the centre of his face) 34cm
Around his head 96cm
I cannot give an accurate date or maker as he does not appear to have any labels. From what I can see he appears to be straw filled and has a growler which seems to work intermittently, so will need looking at. He clearly is in need of some restoration, with his head detached from his body, some seams with damage and his paws, which I think are rexine, being badly worn. Having said all of that his fur is still generally nice, he has a lovely expression with a stitched nose and mouth and glass eyes.
I would love to hear from anyone who can identify this teddy.
