This is such a sweet old dancing bear. He has boot button eyes, red nose/mouth stitching and his metal frame is covered with brown velvet. His mechanism works by winding the key.

I think that he is probably of German origin, although it has been suggested he could be French, and was probably made circa late 1920’s. I could be wrong.
